Our City United Tournament

On 25th April there will be a five-a-side football tournament taking place at Wythenshawe Amateurs A.F.C. With music and food afterwards, it’s shaping up to be a fantastic event.

Sponsored by UNISON North West, Our City United has been organising international amateur football events for the last few years.

Their tournaments are an expression of anti-racism and community, and a showcase of solidarity by amateur football teams from the local area and across the world, building links between people of all races.

If you want to enter a team, it’s FREE! Contact manchesterourcityunitedfootball@hotmail.com or check out their Facebook page.

The charity has reaffirmed it’s decision to work with Ken Loach as well as author Michael Rosen. Read the full Morning Star story here...
